Installation Steps
- Download: For Android, visit our download page and save the APK file to your device. For iOS, open our mobile site directly in Safari or Chrome.
- Install: On Android, open your file manager, find the APK, and tap to install. You may need to enable "Unknown Sources" in Settings first. On iOS, bookmark the site or add it to your home screen.
- Register or sign in: If you are new to sctvpoker, create an account with your email, username, and mobile phone. Existing users log in with their credentials.

App vs. Browser: Which to Choose
Our Android APK app offers faster performance, offline account viewing, and push notifications for live football matches and dealer promotions. The app also caches your recent session data, so it loads quicker on slower network connections. iOS users access the same full feature set via their browser but do not receive push notifications; instead, we send email alerts for account events and large wins.
Desktop web access is best for account management, viewing transaction history, and larger-screen browsing of esports markets or live-dealer tables. Many users combine all three: app for quick bets during Liga 1 matches, browser for deposit top-ups using local payment or online payment, and desktop for detailed withdrawal and account-security settings.
Device Compatibility
Our Android app requires Android 7.0 or later. Common Installation & Access Issues
If you see a "unknown source" warning on Android, this is because the APK comes from outside Google Play. This is normal and secure—we sign our app with verified certificates. To proceed, go to Settings > Apps & permissions > App permissions > Install apps from this source and allow your file manager or browser to install from unknown sources.
If you receive a certificate warning on iOS or Android, do not dismiss it lightly: check that you have downloaded from our official site (sctvpoker.id), not a phishing link. Our certificate is valid and updated regularly. If the warning persists after confirming the correct domain, clear your browser cache and try again.
For slow app load times, ensure you have a stable network connection, close other apps consuming bandwidth, and restart your phone. On Android, you can uninstall and reinstall the app. On iOS, quit the browser and reopen it. If live-dealer streams stall, check your WiFi signal or switch to 4G/5G. If account login fails, confirm your username and password are correct, and verify your internet connection by opening a web page in your browser.
Data, Permissions & Security
Our Android app requests permissions to access your phone's storage (for caching app data), location (optional, to help detect fraud and prevent geo-restricted access), and network access (required to connect to our servers). On iOS, browser-based access does not request special permissions beyond what Safari and Chrome normally use. All data sent between your device and sctvpoker is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Your payment information (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or bank account details) is never stored on your phone; we only store your account credentials and recent transaction summaries. Two-factor authentication via email or SMS is available and recommended to protect your account if someone obtains your password. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties outside of payment processors and, where required by law, regulatory authorities.
